Curve Recruitment are proud to be representing a highly respected main contractor in their search for a reliable and motivated General Operative to support operations on a live construction site within a secure RAF compound.

Role Overview
As a General Operative, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the site, supporting the wider team with a variety of practical tasks to ensure the project operates safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on and varied position, ideally suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with general site duties and housekeeping.
Maintaining clean, safe and organised working areas.
Supporting site logistics and material movements.
Assisting trades and site management teams as required.
Helping to ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
Carrying out routine manual handling and labouring tasks.
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the project.
Person Specification
Ability to pass an Advanced DBS check (mandatory for work on RAF sites).
Previous experience in a construction, labouring or general operative role is beneficial but not essential.
Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a positive.
Comfortable working within a secure environment with strict procedures.
Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual tasks.
