Adam Brown

Curve was founded by Adam Brown, a seasoned recruitment professional with a passion for delivering staffing services to the highest standard.

After working as a recruiter, manager then director in the building services sector for 20 years, Adam decided it was time to apply his honest, reliable and professional approach to his own company, which would always remain ahead of the curve. Adam is seen as the ‘go to’ for specialised M&E and maintenance roles in the region, a reputation he is now extending to the rest of the UK.

Adam prides himself on his ability to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike and his goal now is to build a team around him with the same ethos.

 

Martin Lively

Martin heads up the Construction Division at Curve Recruitment, leading all permanent recruitment across the sector.

Martin has lead teams since July 2021 and brings over 10 years of experience in recruitment. Over that time, Martin has built strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates across the construction market.

Martin prides himself on being straightforward, reliable and genuinely invested in helping people make the right hiring or career decisions.
