Projects typically range from £1m to £15m and span sectors including commercial, education, and healthcare.
Performance Objectives
Managing all on-site operations from start to completion
Maintaining strict health, safety and environmental standards
Driving quality control and ensuring exceptional site presentation
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel
Overseeing materials procurement, plant and logistics
Working closely with the wider project team to ensure seamless delivery
Person Specification
Proven experience delivering high-quality construction projects
Background within commercial, education or healthcare projects preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proactive and solutions-focused on site
SMSTS essential (SSSTS considered with strong experience)
